Customer satisfaction guaranteed…if you are not satisfied with your purchase you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and return the merchandise for a refund or credit towards your next order. Merchandise will not be refunded without prior approval. If you contact us within the 5 days and receive approval the merchandise must be shipped back to us within the next 5 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Missing Merchandise
Any damaged or missing merchandise must be reported to us within 5 days of receiving your order. Please keep all original packaging materials, as we may not be able to issue credits without them. Any damaged or missing boxes should be noted with the carrier upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the damaged item. Once we are contacted regarding damaged merchandise, we will provide further instructions. No credit will be issued for damaged merchandise returned without prior approval.
